Booking Conditions


By booking a tour with BEST MOROCCO TOUR (referred to in these conditions as “we” or “us”), you will be accepting these conditions on behalf of yourself and all other persons using our services pursuant to a booking made by you.

Your booking will be accepted by us on this basis. The services to be provided are those referred to in your booking confirmation invoice.


This statement shall apply for the period of time established in the conditions of the reservation made as “period of consumption”, at the end date indicated will expire without prior notice.


The voucher or travel document issued and stamped by the travel agency shall be the proof of the reservation.


*The price to be paid shall be the price specified on the booking form.

*The price includes exactly the services contracted

*The price does not include, unless expressly stated otherwise, tourist taxes imposed by local- authorities on tourist accommodation, which must be paid by the client at the accommodation itself.

*The price does not include optional services contracted directly in the hotel establishments such as minibar, parking, early check in, late check out, or any other service not explicitly included in the reservation voucher.


*The obligation to carry the personal and family documentation and that of all persons who are part of the corresponding reservation, be it passport or visas, depending on the country to be visited. Such personal documentation must have a minimum expiration date of 6 months, generally from the date of return from the trip.

*The descriptions, services and other information contained in the reservation represent their status at the time of its creation and are based on the good faith of the travel agency which will not be responsible for its inaccuracy if it is due to alterations occurring subsequently whatever their cause and that are not in the possession of the travel agency. Likewise, no claim shall be made for any inconvenience caused by the unique architectural style of any establishment, subjective factors such as general esthetics or cultural traditions of the area in which the reservation is made.

*Generally, the accommodation is with single beds and exceptionally with double beds. Any other needs of the client will be requested by the travel agency to the establishment and the result of the request cannot be guaranteed. The establishments may deny admission to persons, including children, not specified in the reservation. The request for a baby crib must be requested at the time of booking and is subject to availability, quotation and confirmation by the property.

*The check-in and check-out times for each reservation are imposed by the establishment, and are not subject to claims.

*The categories of the establishments correspond to those authorized in the countries where they are located, not being comparable between different countries.

*Unless otherwise indicated, half-board or full-board meals do not include beverages.

*If the establishments require a deposit as a deposit, either in cash or by credit card, this will be obligatory in any case, even if it does not appear in the documentation provided by the travel agency.

*The term “city establishment” includes those located in any part of the city center and not necessarily in the city center itself.

*Flight delays, loss of luggage and any consequences that may arise shall be subject to claims by the client to the corresponding airline company and, if applicable, to the travel insurance offered by his travel agent.


After we confirm availability and we accept your booking , we will raise a detailed itinerary and invoice with payment details, you are required to pay a deposit of 50%  of the total invoice of the trip for your booking to be confirmed and the remaining 50% must be paid 21 days before the departure date. If your booking is made within 21 days of the departure date then the full amount is payable at the time of booking. We accept payments via Credit Card and bank transfer.


We will make all possible arrangements for your booking with no additional charges. If you need to make any changes, please contact us as soon as possible and confirm with us your request in writing. Again, we will try to accommodate you so there are no extra charges, but we can´t guarantee it. If changes are not possible to be made to your booking for whatever reason, you have the option to move forward with your originally booked arrangements, or cancel and pay the cancellation charges (if any) per below.


Any cancellation must be initiated by e-mail contacting us at, and will be also acknowledged by BEST MOROCCO TOUR  via e-mail. Last minute cancellations can also be notified via email or our whatsapp number +34 639519487. Cancellation notifications by phone will not be accepted, since we might be legally required to provide written prove of the notification having been received. Cancellation notifications sent to our guides personal phones via SMS or Whatsapp won’t be accepted since they have no access to our company systems.  If you cancel :

*Up to 7 days before the departure day a full (100%) refund will be applied.

*Less than 7 days before the departure day a full refund except Accommodation and Tickets costs

*Less than 72 hours before the departure day No refund will be applied.


Due to unforeseen circumstances, we reserve the right to cancel your tour or trek. If such an event should occur, we will refund any sum you have already paid to us, including the deposit, but we are not liable to pay any additional compensation to you. Unforeseen circumstances include but are not limited to natural or nuclear disasters, war or threat of war, riots, terrorists, fires, adverse weather conditions, pandemics and others.

SPECIAL REQUESTS:                                 

Any special requirements that are important to your booking (dietary, medical, wheelchair assistance or others) must be provided to us before you book in writing. If there are special requests we are unable to meet, we will advise you in writing prior to booking your trip. Please let us know of any preferences that you may have while making the reservation (hotels locations, bed configurations, etc.) and we will try to accommodate all your requests. No compensation will be paid if such requests cannot be fulfilled


We do not provide any insurance. It is your full responsibility to obtain appropriate travel insurance. We strongly encourage you to have travel insurance in the event of illness, cancellation, baggage lost, delays and others.

Please note that, we don´t assume any responsibility whatsoever for personal injury, illness, damage, death or loss incurred during your trip.

Travel Documentation:

You are responsible for ensuring the possession of valid required travel documents. Your passport must be valid for 6 months prior entering the country. It is the  responsibility of the tour participant(s) to ensure that all passport and visa requirements are met prior our tour departure date .


We take full responsibility to make sure that proper security measures are in place to secure the private and confidential information that you provided us during the booking. Your collected information will be used to make reservations with hotels and with any other third party vendors as needed to complete your travel arrangements. We will share your dietary, medical or any disability information with necessary vendor partners to ensure a safe and enjoyable trip for you. In booking with us, you consent to this information being passed onto all relevant persons


In the unlikely event that you are unsatisfied with our service, please immediately contact  us we will work to help resolve the issue immediately.
